Fees are shared on enquiry rather than printed here — a deliberate choice rather than a way of avoiding the question.

Why the rates are not printed
Sessions are not all the same length, and some need a little longer than planned — the work sets the pace, not a clock. Rather than print a figure that only fits some situations, you are quoted directly for exactly what you need.
Ask about fees and you will get:
- The current fee schedule in writing, for whichever service you are asking about
- A clear figure agreed before you book — nothing is added afterwards
- A tax invoice after every session, carrying the details your medical aid needs
- The student rate, or travel for a home visit, worked out for your situation
Enquiries are answered within 24 hours on business days, and asking what something costs commits you to nothing.
All Major Medical Aid Schemes Accepted
This practice is a registered service provider with the Board of Healthcare Funders. Pay for your session directly, then claim it back from your scheme with the invoice provided after every visit.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment Terms
- The fee is confirmed with you before the appointment is booked
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments
- The balance is payable on or before the appointment date
- Proof of payment must be submitted before the consultation
- Accepted: EFT (bank transfer) and cash — banking details are provided upon booking
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours' notice: appointment may be rescheduled without penalty
- Less than 24 hours' notice: the deposit is forfeited
- Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee
Studying? Counselling costs less.
- A reduced rate on individual counselling for registered students
